سونے سے پہلے کی دعا: نیند موت کی مانند ہے، اللہ کے نام پر سونا چاہیے
Dua Before Sleeping
اَللّٰھُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Transliteration: Allahumma Bismika amootu wa ahya.

Translation

In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.
Meaning: This supplication is recited before going to sleep. It acknowledges that sleep is a form of minor death, and we place our trust in Allah to wake us up again. It’s a reminder of our mortality and complete dependence on Allah for both our life and our death.
