Starting the day with gratitude is an important part of Islamic teachings. The Subah Uthne Ki Dua (supplication after waking up) is a beautiful reminder of Allah’s mercy for granting us life after sleep, which is considered a form of temporary death. By reciting this dua, a Muslim expresses thankfulness for the blessing of a new day, renewed energy, and another chance to do good deeds. It sets a positive and spiritual tone for the entire day, filling the heart with peace, faith, and hope. Every believer, especially children, should be encouraged to memorize and recite this dua regularly to develop a habit of starting the morning with remembrance of Allah.
