لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ، بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Transliteration: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumitu wa huwa hayyun la yamutu, biyadihil khairu wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer.
اردو ترجمہ: اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود برحق نہیں، وہ یکتا ہے اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اسی کی بادشاہی ہے اور اسی کے لئے تمام تعریفیں ہیں، وہی زندگی بخشتا ہے اور موت دیتا ہے، اور وہ خود زندہ ہے جسے کبھی موت نہیں آئے گی، اس کے ہاتھ میں ہی بھلائی ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔

Translation

There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner or associate. His is the Dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is Ever-Living and does not die. In His Hand is all good, and He has power over all things.
Meaning: This supplication is recited when entering a marketplace or shopping area. It reaffirms the oneness of Allah and His absolute control over all affairs. By reciting this dua, we acknowledge that all blessings, provisions, and transactions ultimately come from Allah. It helps maintain proper perspective while engaging in worldly activities and reminds us to conduct our business with honesty and integrity.

Punjabi (پنجابی)

پنجابی ترجمہ: اللہ توں بنا کوئی پوج جوگ نہیں، اوہ اکیلا ہے، اس دا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ بادشاہی اس دی ہے تے سب تعریف اس لئی ہے۔ اوہی جیون دیندا ہے تے موت دیندا ہے تے اوہ خود زندہ ہے جس دی کدی موت نہیں آؤندی۔ اس دے ہتھ وچ ساری بھلائی ہے تے اوہ ہر چیز تے قادر ہے۔

Sindhi (سنڌي)

سنڌي ترجمه: الله کان سواءِ ڪوبه معبود نه آهي، هو اڪيلو آهي، هن جو ڪوبه شريڪ نه آهي. بادشاهي هن جي آهي ۽ سڀ تعريف هن لاءِ آهي. هو ئي زندگي ڏيندو آهي ۽ موت ڏيندو آهي، ۽ هو پاڻ زنده آهي جيڪو ڪڏهن به نه مرندو. هن جي هٿ ۾ سڀ ڀلائي آهي ۽ هو هر شيءِ تي ڪردار آهي.

Pashto (پښتو)

پښتو ژباړه: له الله پرته بل هېڅ معبود نشته، هغه یوازینی دی، هغه ته هېڅ شریک نشته. واکمني د هغه ده او ټوله ستاينه هم د هغه لپاره ده. هغه ژوند ورکوي او مړکوي، او هغه پخپله ژوندی دی چې هېڅکله مري نه. په هغه لاس کې ټوله ښه والی دی او هغه پر هر شي باندې قادر دی.

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ بَرَكَةً لَنَا

Transliteration: Bismillah, allahummaj-‘alhu barakatan lana

اردو ترجمہ: اللہ کے نام سے، اے اللہ! اسے ہمارے لئے برکت والا بنا دے۔
